How to Use a CBD Cartridge: 3 Easy Steps to CBD Vaping

Vaping a CBD cartridge is easy-peasy. Learn how to use your CBD vape with our quick 3-step guide.

Those CBD cartridges look awfully tempting. Just a few puffs and you’ll feel the effects almost immediately. But how do they work? And do you have the right equipment?

In this article, we’ll be discussing everything you need to know about vaping CBD cartridges, including what you’ll need to get started and how to go about vaping it.

We promised quick and easy, didn’t we? Without any further preamble, let’s get into it!

What do I need to vape a CBD cartridge?

To vape your cartridge, you’ll only need 3 things:

  • A CBD cartridge of your choice (duh)
  • A compatible battery
  • A charging cable for the battery

When it comes to the battery, you’re in luck. URTH CBD cartridges (as well as most other available CBD cartridges) have a standard 510 connection, which is the same type that can be found on most vape tanks. This means that any vape mod that you have laying around—so long as it has adjustable wattage—will work with your cartridge.

And if you don’t have a spare vape mod laying around, we stock the Diamond Mist Ego 510 CBD Cartridge Battery for just £9.99. Barring that, you can use just about any CBD vape kit or low-powered cartridge battery, so long as it has a low wattage (no more than 7W).

If you’re attaching your cartridge to a vape mod with adjustable wattage, ensure that you don’t set the power output too high. You should only be vaping this CBD cartridge between 5W and 7W—anything higher will result in a permanent burnt taste and a waste of your hard-earned money.

Thankfully, this is the standard wattage on most low-cost cartridge batteries, like the Diamond Mist model we carry, so unless you’re using your own adjustable wattage mod, you shouldn’t have to worry about the power output.

How do you vape CBD cartridges?

Step 1: Unbox!

Remove your cartridge from the packaging, and remove any attached manufacturer stickers from the cartridge. On the bottom, you’ll notice the 510 threading; this is where you’ll attach it to the battery.

Step 2: Suit Up!

Take your chosen battery, whether it’s a low-powered cartridge battery or your own vape mod, and screw the cartridge into it. Remember: if you’re using a mod with adjustable wattage, ensure that you set the wattage between 5W and 7W before you begin vaping. Otherwise, you risk burning the coil, which will render the whole cartridge unusable.

Step 3: Vape!

Vape and enjoy! Remember that if you’re using a high-strength CBD, such as the URTH CBD cartridges we stock, you’ll only need a few puffs to feel the full effects of the CBD. Even if you take 3 or 4 initial puffs and still don’t feel anything, we recommend waiting several minutes before attempting to vape any more. CBD E-Liquids shouldn’t take too long to kick in, so you should feel the effects within about five to ten minutes

Summary: Quick & Easy CBD Cartridge Vaping

Phew—that was quick and easy! Vaping a CBD cartridge couldn’t be more simple: just unbox, attach to a battery, and vape!

Now, which CBD vape will you choose? Will you go for a blend that’ll help you rest soundly, or maybe one to perk up your morning commute?

Whatever you need, there’s a CBD product that can help. And if your vaping experience level is beyond using a CBD cartridge, why not try filling your tank with a CBD E-Liquid instead, or perhaps boost your favourite non-CBD E-Liquid with a CBD Vape Shot? The possibilities are endless with CBD.
